Kyran was better in the skate off than Suzanne
Although Suzanne has been the better skater so far, Kyran was the better tonight

I agree Kyran was better in the skate off but it's a shame to see Suzanne go. I thought she had the potential to be in the final.

Based on the skate off I do believe the right person was saved.

I agree that Kyran deserved to be saved, and Suzanne has always been my favourite.
I was sorry to see her go, but how she was being cocky? |

Was Kyran better in the skate off? His skate wasn't flawless either, the over the head trick was particularly ropey so it could have gone either way. |

When a skate off is close any mistakes made are rightly punished so it was definitely the right decision.
Who would have predicted after her 1st performance that she would have been the first champion to go? Was really expecting Beth to be in the skate off but thrilled she was saved & really hope she finishes as the top girl. |

She was a victim of the team challenge. I doubt she would have been in the skate off from 2nd on the leaderboard which is where she should have been if it wasn't for the team 'lets muck up the scoreboard' farce. Beth ending up bottom would have won her a fair few votes (and I think she is pretty popular anyway) but Suzanne ending up mid table was a travesty.

What I don't get is that because Suzanne made mistakes in her Skate Off performance, they didn't save her. But Matt Lapinskas from last year made mistakes in his Skate Off performance, they saved him.

Yeah I'm gutted Suzanne was in the skate off to begin with, she was definitely one of my favourites, and when at her best is one of the few who can come close to Ray, but the judges do stick by judging on the skate off, so out of the two performances it was only fair she went.
I don't like that the group performance has such a big impact on the scores. Maybe they should get an extra point or two so it doesn't mean the winning team will definitely be the top 3 on the leaderboard. Had the team challenge not happened, I don't believe Suzanne would have been in the skate off in the first place. |

Anyways it was the right decision but as Natalian said she was mainly a victim of the stupid team challenge, like the duel it only benefits the weaker skaters. |

As the saying goes two wrongs don't make a right. Matt should have gone when he made those mistakes just like Suzanne did tonight.

That is the purpose of the skate off, other performances dont count, all on that. Kyran was better and deserved to be unanimously saved by the judges. |

Personally, I have the same feeling about the skate off tonight. Suzanne's mistake might have been glaringly obvious but Kyran was by no means flawless and I can't say that I was blown away by either of them. |

It tells me that Matt was one of their favourites so they wanted to keep him in. This series, Ray and Hayley are their favourites and because Suzanne obviously isn't either of them, they got rid of her.
Kyran bettered Suzannes performance in the skate off so was deservedly saved ...nothing to do with favourites tonight. |
