Beetroot red velvet muffins...HELP PLEASE
Help, need a recipe for red velvet muffins specifically using beetroot instead of red colouring. It is for a very special person for a specific reason, so please just take that and no quips about beetroot etc, please this is so important to me, thank you.

The cardamom frosting sounds delicious, however if you didn't like that, you could just do the standard cream cheese. |
