It appears that the video which was made for the kids at the school and originally posted on youtube (from which the DM got their story) has been taken down because the guy (Neon Visuals) who did the animations of the TARDIS that featured towards the end of the video to illustrate the TARDIS going off into space, complained of copyright infringement. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black! It was a farewell video for the children to enjoy for goodness sake.
I very much doubt that NV obtained written permission to use the imagery of the TARDIS and the use of the DW theme tune prior to posting his animations on youtube.
Get some perspective, man.
