LG32LN575B but I suppose this happens to any model?

What happens is I press the blue button on the remote and all I get is "loading" and nothing happens. Also on the screen there is a message that it cannot connect to USB (either stick or hard drive).
Can't contact LG support, it's out of hours.
Could try a factory reset if that would clear, but that would lose all my apps I installed and also the programme order.

Tried googling the problem and many suggestions say "Home > Support > Initialisation of app but this hasn't helped.

Any ideas what's going on?? And what I can do? Cheers!!

I've got a 42LN575V (not sure whether the B and V is significant) and haven't seen this happen on my TV.

I wonder if it was a network issue? Maybe it couldn't connect to your router for some reason. Do you use a cable or WiFi?

On the other hand it is a computing device in many respects and we all know how technology is on a mission to screw with our heads and prematurely age us with it's innate ability to play silly bu**ers at the drop of a hat

It's happened again..nothing!! Gonna do a reboot and re-connect everything. Waiting to hear from LG too!

I've had the odd issues with a Samsung. Sometimes turning it all off has fixed it, though I'm sure that the Samsung server wasn't running either on occasion, so no authentication.
By reboot, did you also include the router in that?

Done a factory reset with router on (connected OK) and now I have all the apps back under the blue button.

But... BBC SPORT and TUNE-IN apps are missing...they've been replaced by a bloody Russian game. Iplayer and BBC News are there, and all my input (country, postcode) was the same. Completely at a loss.
