Every now and again the 9300T ends up trying to schedule 3 programmes at once - and of course one of the 3 always ends up being cancelled

I know with series records this can happen by accident if the timings happen to coincide in the future but I have found a genuine bug (or so it seems) where you can manually add 3 programmes for the same time period

In this screenshot Brooklyn nine-nine was initially selected for C4 but the 9300T correctly rejected it as there were already 2 programmes in the 23:00-00:00 slot this runs from 22:50-23:20 on C4 but when it asked to reschedule the clash it put it into C4+1 which runs 23:50-00:20 so it is also in the same reserved slot

That once happened with my 9200T. I wondered if it was because a program chosen to be recorded was re-scheduled so that it now competed with two other recordings.

I had this a few weeks ago with my HDR-Fox T2. Note all programmes for my Better Half.

Series 1 (Holby City) set up to record weekly on Tuesday at 21:00.
Series 2 (Location, Location) set up to record weekly on Tuesday at 21:00

All working ok until C4 decide to drop LL for a week and during that week The Great British Sewing Bee starts - which I set up to record as Series 3 weekly on Tuesday at 21:00. [Not remembering that LL was set up.] This was allowed by the Humax because it had only programme scheduled at that time in that week.

All ok for Series 1 and Series 3 during that week but the following week LL returned and all 3 programmes were scheduled for Tuesday at 21:00. Series 3 (TGBSB) failed to record and had to be viewed via the iPlayer.

So it pays to view the Timers regularly to avoid problems.
