Hi there

I am in the market for a new phone, I am normally a fan of pay and go however there are adverts everywhere with all the big companies for contract phones with free minutes so in theory they should work out cheaper for me so I need help!!!

1. A phone.....any recommendations where to buy?

2. Which network....I am not bothered really?

3. A fair monthly price...cheaper the better I guess?

4. Only for 12 months....with no cons or catches?

5. Would possibly like a camera phone the video thing I dont even know what it is (lol)

so any advice or net addresses so I can look and compare would be fab.

thanx

Peacelilly,

Like you, I'm a fan of PAYG and have recently renewed my phone and stuck with PAYG after considering my needs/requirements and options available to fulfill them.

I think this is what you need to do too, in the first instance! Try making a list of your requirements in priority order. Then start addressing how to fulfil those requirements. You'll have a better picture in your head of what you are after, rather than being easy meat for the advertisers and retailers who'll be wanting to sign you up.

There's plenty of info in this forum which you may want to peruse. No doubt there will be many a kind soul in this forum, too, who will be able to provide you with advice (hopefully !)

Hope it's useful. Ignore any 'adverts' and just focus on th ethreads in which people ask for advice/help!

To be honest I didn't find it any good at all.
