Hi, just been thinking and have been having issues when connecting my hd laptop to my hdtv. i've notice it always seem to lag a bit but when i play them from a usb flash pen i get perfect picture...but there's no way of watching without the bar's at the top and bottom as there is no setting for that. it plays it much better and quicker than connecting the lappy to the tv so im thinking of getting more usb flash's with more GB's on it so i can watch the 1080p versions without getting the lag but how would i go about getting it to full screen?

the tv is a samsung.

the lag is from your laptop

don't waste your time wanting to watch it "full screen", you are watching in it's PROPER FORMAT!!!

Unless the source format is 16:9 like your TV is, there is no way that you can view it without black bars unless you

1 Totally distort the picture making Kylie look like Miss Piggy
2 Magnify the picture to fill the screen, thus losing a lot of the picture and reducing the picture quality due to the reduced resolution.

Both are equally crap.
