I wanted to do a software update to see if that would allow me to get channel 302 with my Digital Stream DHR820SU pvr, but the website quoted in the user guide is no longer available. I assume they have a new one as the unit is still available to buy, so please can someone advise me of the new website.

No sign of any firmware updates though.

What happens at the moment if you do a channel scan? Does 302 appear in the list? If it does what happens if you dial in 302 on the remote?

Also what version of firmware is your box using at the moment? From what I can see the last official version is 4.14. Which was released a couple of years ago.

Ver 4.22 isn't really an official release though. It's a special created to add a padding option.

Mind you I can't see anything that would address the OP's issue in the firmware release notes.
