Kyran has been all bravado and promise with little return, he's developed his skill but not been great on performance. Sam has been brilliant the last two weeks but has an element of blandness about him and just that missing something even though he's technically great. Still, I want Sam to to stay, and having watched the skate off I hope he does.

I am so very very glad both girls stayed - they deserve to and both were screwed over in their own ways tonight. Hayley and Beth can do much better than they did tonight.

I've been a fan of Kyran's from the start, but from that Skate off (and all perfomances tonight), I think Sam deserved to go through.

I do think Kyran deserved to outlast Hayley, but with those judges, that was never going to happen At least Kyran could skate.

Kyran vs Hayley is interesting as it's literally skating vs performance, however Kyran's performance is worse than Hayley's skating, so it always should have been him to go tonight, It had been on the cards for a while whereas at least Sam had seemed to try in all areas. Sam was smashing tonight.

For me out of all the champions on this series Hayley was easily the weakest skater & I am certain she will get to the final now - for me skating always outrates performance and it's what I always look for with the celebs as it's the unique skill & difficulty of the show.

The likes of Kyran & Beth are never going to be able to compete with trained dancers & performers in that area. Everyone started on the same page skating wise though (at the start of their respective series). Hayley hasn't developed her skating skills at all, what she's doing is very basic. I accepted weeks ago she was going to be in the final though but I think it's a shame she'll be there when better skaters like Kyran & Suzanne won't be.
