No, it's not just you - I lost ITV HD too on two separate receivers. Totally gone, not checked if it's returned yet?

Interested to know if

1 You have lost ITV-HD recording schedule.
2 Your existing recordings are still there.

It sounds like they've potentially reassigned regionality today, in preparation for adding Central W and Meridian SE to EPG's in relevant postcode areas? Graham, being in the Midlands, can you keep an eye to see if Central W replaces whatever you currently have (Granada/London?).

If this is the case it would have been good for ITV or Freesat to have made a statement on this beforehand!

No worries.

Anyone else, can you confirm if you had series linked recordings set for ITV HD (LCN 119), are these still present? Those with Humax Foxsat and Foxsat HDR's wouldn't have noticed any of this as the EPG is updated overnight with housekeeping, I was referring more to those with Freetime PVR's or other Freesat hardware. I've got Panasonic Freesat TV's + a BS750 PVR - unfortunately nothing recorded or stored from ITV at the mo!

Just to confirm, everything OK on my Foxsat HDR (Granada region).

ITV HD is fully available and the Jonathon Ross Show from Saturday night is still in my series linked recordings (I'm ashamed to say!).

To be affected you would have to have a g2 freetime box powered up when the channel was removed from the epg. Unlike the Foxsat-hdr g2 boxes make the change a few minutes after the OTA goes on air.

Someone on the myhumax forum has said his wife's Emmerdale series links have disappeared so sounds like wherever he is, the mapped ITV HD region has changed. Likely if they've introduced two more macro regions (Meridian SE and Central W) then people in the affected areas will have lost their series links. Freesat may have mapped these new macros to the existing regions so currently to the viewer there's no difference on-air if that makes sense. It would mean now that when they do change the two macros to the new ITV HD regions on TP66 there won't be further recording losses. We might find out more today when Foxsat HDR users have had overnight housekeeping updates.

Afaik everybody who had a g2 box on when ITV-HD was removed from the epg has lost all ITV-HD recording schedules. It would also have affected Foxsat-hdr users except that the update that removed ITV-HD would not have been actioned till overnight housekeeping. Barry at MyHumax keeps a Foxsat on an older firmware that prompts when new updates appear. The prompt appeared on his Foxsat-hdr as well.

ITV-HD recording schedule is intact on my Foxsat this morning. ITV-HD remains on 10832 H ITV-HD London - West Midlands postcode

Cheers for clarifying that, I guess what was done yesterday paves the way for these region changes - why they have to remove the channel totally from EPG's for a couple of hours though is odd - surely it would only affect those in the changing regions?

are ITV changing their TPs? I did think ITV London HD and ITV Granada HD were moving to a new TP, alongside ITV Central W HD and ITV Meridian SE HD?

Barry at MyHumax (South West postcode) has just confirmed ITV-HD transponder move to 11097 V on a Foxsat-HDR. I guess my Foxsat will have ITV-HD Central West tomorrow and require ITV-HD schedules restoring.

Confirmed here in Granada-land, ITV HD now moved TP, no EPG data being carried as of yet. Can you do a manual rescan to see if you've now got ITV Central W rather than London.

Well nothing surprises me; it's only taken them 16 months to sort this out.

I wonder when we'll get ITV Yorkshire HD, AFAIK they have the licence.

Rather wait till tomorrow as update won't yet have happened on Foxsat-hdr. Manual scan deletes all recording schedules anyway on both boxes. Not sure what a manual tune on the HDR1000s will achieve until the epg comes back.

Yep, forgot about it deleting all your scheduled recordings - best wait until tomorrow in that case. My Panasonic Freesat TV's update immediately with an OTA EPG update, noticed ITV HD has disappeared again as of 10 mins ago. The EPG entry is still there but appears it's now not actually mapped to anything! I'll keep an eye on it over the next hour or so.

Still viewable on HDR1000S but not recordable (no doubt due to lack of epg data).

Still completely gone here, LCN 119 selectable and showing in the guide but with no EPG data or video/audio. It's as if it's not mapped to any SID and associated Transponder.

The HDR1000S updates dynamically so guess you should be seeing the changes on that immediately. I'll keep an eye on it over the next couple of hours as working from home today.

Same situation for me.

From Barry MyHumax, manual timers can be set (they work just tested one). I still have local news from ITV HD London so not changed to Central West.

ITV London (21000) appears to have EPG data, 21010 (Granada) still doesn't which is why I'm seeing nothing. If your LCN119 is now mapped to 21020 (Central W) Sky may not be passing FS EPG data through Adaptation to this yet which is why your not seeing anything. I suspect all will be cleared up tomorrow when Sky move their EPG over - usually Freesat do theirs 24hrs prior to Sky.

My Manhattan box is showing EPG data for the first time for ITV HD (Central West), and the correct "ITV HD" label, instead of the number. Same too for ITV HD (Meridian SE).

However, here in Derby, 119 on Freesat is still ITV HD London.
