BBC iplayer - firt time user....HELP!

Need some help..

Tried using BBC iplayer for the first time, and it just says BBC iplayer is loading and does not load. ITV Player and the rest all seem fine, anyone know any reason for this?

What platform are you trying this on? A set-top-box, Smart TV, gaming console, Smart Phone, tablet or on a computer browser?

If on a computer browser, have you tried a different browser?

It's a smart TV.
Eventually, it loaded after 20 minutes. Why it should take this long is a mystery when all of the other channels worked instantly.

Hi Simon,

Cool, now which model Smart TV

The more information, the easier it may be to help. For instance, if you are on a Samsung Smart TV, I may suggest resetting the Smart Hub. This will uninstall all apps, and install them back again. It often fixes problems like this. If you have an F-series, you should find this in the main menu under Smart Features. In the ES-series, it is under tools within the Smart Hub,

It is indeed a Samsung, I will try doing as you suggest.
