When Ive been in france they use a brush to clean the crepe pan does anyone know what they are called or where I can get one,Ive tried searches on the bay and raclettes brush.I've seen them in Tefal Crepemaker sets but use gas and a crepe pan.I'm using kitchen roll and lowfat spread at the moment

Thanks but that's not the brush it's like a short wide shaving brush in a tin that holds the butter or lard it cleans the pan as well as greases it
I made the spreader from wooden spoon handles |
