I've been trying to upgrade to the HD bolt on. It goes part way through the order, I tick the HD bolt on box, click continue, on bottom of the the next page it says
"We are sorry, but there has been a problem Your order can not be fulfilled"
I am on infinity 1 unlimited and I have the Entertainment pack.

Anyone else had this problem?

Not tried it yet. Waiting for the first round of MotoGP later this month.

You could try calling them to do the upgrade over the phone?

Another thought is to try it with a different browser. Some of the BT site stuff appears to be a bit picky.

I had to over a month ago do my BT TV upgrade over the phone as it would not let me do it online. As before that I was on the old BT player unlimited package.
The HD extra bolt on is very good value at £3 extra just hope at the end of the year they don't put the price of it up.

I managed to upgrade after chatting to a customer service chap on-line, he done it for me.
Anyway, he said the channels would upgrade automatically, the order on-screen said they would need to access my home, he said not. However, when I checked the HD channels only BT sports and ESPN had the HD upgrade. Checking my email order statement it says upgrade on Monday 3rd March.

Why has BT sports and ESPN upgraded before the other channels ?

Either they need to be added to your account individually and the operative did not know about the new HD channels or more likely, the BT ordering system is lagging behind the marketing and delivery systems (as it has done before with other changes). I suggest you get back on the phone to them.

The HD channels came on this morning. Just can't understand why the HD sports channels were upgraded almost instantly when I ordered the HD bolt on and it takes a couple of days for the other channels to follow.
