From what we saw during the live episode, Bradley ran up to the roof to escape the cops (in reality, the police wold never go after a guy on a roof like that but we'll ignore that ). Then he accidentally fell off and died.

Now we hearing all this stuff about how he "gave his life for Stacey" and sacrificed himself. Are they insinuating that not only is Bradley Branning actually Jesus Christ but that he basically threw himself off that roof?

I think they mean he gave his life as in paid the ultimate price for Stacey's freedom. I gues in the same sense that Jesus gave his life for all our sins - when in actual fact (or literal fact) he was crucified to death

About as believable as Stacey passing off her murdering Archie as self defence.

I thought he jumped. It didn't look like he slipped.

I always thought he slipped. I think he realised he had nowhere else to run and told Stacey to run, thinking that he would go to prison and she could have a life with the baby. The police already thought that Bradley did it so there was no need for him to jump to convince them that he was the guilty party in order to allow Stacey to go free.

They're not saying that all, Bradley was running from the police to allow Stacey to escape, he accidentally fell while doing so. They mean he died while trying to save her, not that he killed himself.

it looked like that, but he was meant to fall after slipping, the stunt mans acting wasn't very great lol

Do we even know if Bradley knew that Stacey was the killer? For all we know, he could've been running just because the evidence pointed towards him and then fell by accident!

Wasn't it Charlie Clements himself who did that scene? I remember them showing how there was a big mattress thingy on the ground in the aftermath show.

Glad you asked as I wondered too!!

I always thought he slipped. But recent episodes made it sound as if he jumped! I never saw why he would jump.

I thought he jumped because he knew he was going to be arrested for Archie's murder. Death was a better option!

Im pretty sure Stacey told him. He said he'd take the blame. Stacey tried talking him out of it but Bradley refused to listen.

Yes, he knew that Stacey was the killer. She told him (off screen) on the day he died.

Oh I thought that scene was open to interpretation, either she told him about Archie, or that he wasn't Lily's father, but the Archie theory is probably more realistic.

I really loved the Archie storyline, it involved so many different characters

He already knew he wasn't Lily's father, because when Stacey found out she was pregnant, they realised she was more weeks pregnant than they had been back together for.
I think they made it quite clear Stacey told him that she killed Archie, because when Bradley was on the roof, he told Stacey to run.

I always thought he jumped so they would stop looking for Archies killer, he seemed to let go though it might have been the only safe way for the stuntman to fall given the short amount of time they had to preform the jump.

I'm sure they established that Stacey had told Bradley off screen - they go upstairs at one stage early in the live episode and Jack comments that they've been gone a long time - that is when she is meant to have confessed. I can't remember when we were told that (perhaps in the 2 hander with Max) but we were told I'm sure.

Ryan Malloy. They had a ONS when Stacey was in the worst stages of her bi-polar.

Yes, I believe Bradley drank too much Red Bull the night he died and stupidly leaped off the rooftop thinking he had grown wings.

Stacey told Bradley on the day of the murder that she was pregnant and he wasn't the father. Bradley asked who was and Stacey told him about Archie and the rape, as she thought he was the father.

Stacey found out from Ronnie shortly before they ran that Archie was infertile and couldn't be the father. Stacey told Bradley that the father wasn't Archie, but didn't tell him that it was Ryan. Viewers knew it was as we saw the ONS and Stacey looked at Ryan across the bar.

We found out that Bradley knew that Stacey had killed Archie when she told Max that Bradley knew.

He fell backwards if I remember rightly, he slipped - he certainly didn't jump.
