I agree, about time someone said something. It's a pity he hasn't said something much sooner. You'd think he'd at least have had a word with Karen, who might have been able to try to persuade the others to give Beth more credit than they have so far.

Fuming the public dared make her the winner and they just cant hide the fact they don't want her remaining. I hope the panel are happy because they have ruined the final series and with this ongoing bias don't they realise the viewers can see that?
If the poor cow was falling on her bum all the time or really performing badly fair enough but just because she isn't "stage School". Karen helps put these routines together when they use that are a basis for negative comments that's a production problem NOT a performer issue.

They will discount what he says by suggesting that it was "their opinion". None of them have the awards and medals Chris and Jane have. Fed up with Beth being marked down. Thank god it's the last series.

That Beth has the hardest routines and that she should have been given at least one ten. He was quite angry about it.

Maybe, but it's the judges fault that Chris had to step up and say something in the first place. It was them that got it so very wrong imo

I loved when Chris spoke up against the judges. I also really liked Jayne speaking up in the VT on the skate off show.

After Ray, Beth is the best skater in the competition. Hayley cannot skate and only remains in the competition because of incompetent judges.

Loved the way Robin was very evasive when asked who he thought should be in the final, then went on to say that Ray and Sam should not have been in the skate off.
At least Jason had the backbone to name who he wanted to be in the final.

I can understand (up to a point anyway) Jason and Ashley's marks as they are they are supposed to be judging the performance aspect of the routines, but I don't see why the supposed SKATING judges are ignoring Beth's excellent skating.
Ray is the full package - he skates AND dances on the ice - interprets the music beautifully while actually putting in some great skating ... Beth can skate brilliantly, but isn't as good at the performing side - mainly because she is given new stuff to learn week after week which stops her being able to work on her performance skills.
Hayley on the other hand is all smoke and mirrors! She proved last week that without Dan she is wobbly and shaky, and she is quite obviously the weakest skater there - and has been for several weeks. Her performances are pretty much the same week after week - lots of prancing about on toepicks, gurning and armography, with her limited range of spectacular tricks only able to be done from a standing start.
She doesn't deserve to be in the final, but for some reason the panel/ producers whoever seem to have decided that she was to be the "last girl standing" and have seen to it that she got undeserved high marks, whilst deliberately underscoring the far better Beth.
The finalists should have been Ray, Beth and Sam - but Hayley luckily managed to escape the skate off, but somehow - I get the feeling that she would have won the skate off against anyone but Ray..... Just glad she wasn't able to wheel out the Jai Ho routine to get the votes.....

Its all utterly bizarre.
Robin repeats the unfair marking and hype experiment of last year. Jason puts Beth down - seemingly unaware - even after last year - that people just vote for Beth more.
Previously, we have had nonsenses like Hayley being criticised and given 40 for samish routines with similar issues. No sooner is she made incredible as a winner, than the same judges throw marks at her again. Then there was the identification of Suzanne as Ray's challenger - repeated just in time for her to be twisted out of contention.
Now Chris speaks out to point out his judges can't mark accurately, and to discredit them, and by implication another one of his finalists.
The overall message seems to be that the judges can't judge, Beth is better than her marks, Hayley can't skate but deserves 40s, and the contender to Ray went weeks ago ...Its an unbelievable mess. with everyone shooting the show, and contestants, in the head.

I agree , Jason we know cant stand Beth(its obvous also Ashley does not like her)so he isnt bothered about slating her, but Robin i am very disappointed with as he should know how hard it is to learn/do certain moves yet he thinks she should go home, no wonder viewers have left ths show in droves..

I think she would have been saved anyway, she has been in the bottom of the leader board previously and her fanbase saves her
Chris was spot on.
Every week she's criticised very unfairly - yet she remains so calm and listens to what they're saying. She is a true professional it must be so hard for her not to say something rude to Jason, especially last night when he was on about her personality again.
Surprised she's not got an inferiority complex the way he goes on - it's really very personal the remarks he make.
