We all know he wanted Beth out - but in both the flying and the main skate he marked Hayley above Sam and, indeed, collectively the judges put Hayley top of the leaderboard and Sam at the bottom ... so just who should have been there?

Yes, I thought exactly the same! Bit of a daft comment given that there were only four competitors!

I think he mean´t neither of you should be in this position ... ie it should be Beth here with one other and then the one we will chose will be Beth ... ie neither of you should be in the position of being voted out ...

If they wanted Sam in the final then they should have gave him top spot rather than being last on the leaderboard its their fault Sam went.

But in order to keep their precious hayley in - they HAD to have her at the top of the leaderboard and out of the Skate off!

Would have loved the SO to be Ray and Hayley - just to see the panel spontaneously combust!

Sam has been in the skate-off so many times they must have known he wasn't safe - i would have loved to have heard their comments when Beth was called safe first

I just don't get why they think Hayley has the full package - her skating is just as weak as Beth's performances

I can only think that she dazzles the judges with her jazz hands and gurning in every single routine that they forget to look at her footwork and the fact that Dan is carrying her around the ice most of the time

not a patch on her first series.
comes across not enough time spent training Dan is carrying her through this.
apart from her Little miss Sunshine act cant say I dislike haley what doesn't help her cause certain panel members making out she is some amazing all rounder when she clearly isn't

Unfortunately the flying nonsense was the undoing of the 2 male celebs; the judges had to mark it as they saw it, which lowered the Sam & Ray's marks. But the final is all skating (thank goodness).

As much as I love Hayley I still think she and Beth should have been in the skate off; the main reason they weren't is viewers voting - as it has been throughout the series.
