Mirroring a PC using chromecast?

With chromecast (allegedly) coming soon to UK, we already know it does not directly mirror a PC screen to a TV, but will cast what is inside a chrome session.

So I was thinking, is it possible to mirror cast indirectly)?

If I had chomecast on TV, and I setup Chrome remote on two PCs, and I connect first PC (client) to second PC (server), then the first PC would view via it's chrome session what is displayed on Second PC, which we could then see via chromecast on TV.

i.e.second PC is mirrored to TV.

Does anybody think this is possible (over a LAN at least) ?
