I wouid like see this happen- some additional family for Patrick, maybe a recast Actor.

There is no regular Doctor on the Square, he could return with a wife/girlfriend maybe..

He has a wife and kids apparently and is living in Scotland I would love to see him return too, because although I like the Foxes and Patrick together, they're still not family and it feels a bit lazy of the writers to just lumber them together, however DTC isn't a fan of picking and plonking people into the square without a valid enough reason...

Ditto.

Anthony doesn't actually know Denise and her kids does he?

No I don't think so.

The man who tried to give Kat Slater class, more than a decade on we can see that it didn't work.

IIRC, I think there was about 5 years between when Anthony left and when Denise came in. So unless there's been off-screen 'visits' by him to the B&B or whatever then it's doubtful he'd know them.

I liked Anthony, especially at the beginning and his relationship with Kat. I remember that funny scene when Anthony was sneaking out the Slater house late at night as they were keeping there relationship secret, Big Mo thought it was an intruder and knocked him out, the rest of the Slaters came out there room and put the light on to which Anthony replied 'Good Evening'

I remember that.

Back when EastEnders had some polite and articulate male characters, if that had been Joey he would have said "Imma boyfriendgjsjdjsgarglegargle Kat l love hergwdrdjsgargle. Awrite."

Don't worry about it.

It's not a hanging offence.

He and his family could return to London to be with Patrick as he gets older. Maybe the writers could create an illness or injury for Patrick and his son could come and look after him.

To be fair, she didn't need class (he was having her wear things that didn't suit her and trying to get her to act posh) she just needs to not cheat. She was perfectly respectable as a wife before Kirkwood got involved. She could be herself with Alfie and that was why they worked as a couple.

I agree. TBH they were better off away from the Square.

That would work. I just thought maybe Denise and Kim feel sorry for Patrick and then have a comedic road trip up to Scotland to go and find Anthony. Thst would be great to see that. I like the off-the-square episodes..

I wouldnt want him to return right now, you have to look at the long future.
Maybe one off, but he was pretty boring!

I can think of many characters I would like to return in the future (Sean for a start), but Anthony 'Mogadon' Trueman is not one of them.

Perhaps he could form a double act with Tamwar.

What incredible entertainment that would be.

I always enjoy reading your posts Kim, they are always very insightful and articulate .

I must confess I do have a bit of a crush on her. Jessie Wallace I should say more than Kat .
