I couldn't sleep, so I've started early and just munched a traditional squirty lemon and white sugar pancake.

The fun stuff starts later for me, and some inspiration never goes amiss!

So, what variation are you having today?

I'm planning on savoury ones - chicken and sweetcorn out of my trusty old Marguerite Patten recipe book.
If have batter left over I'll probably have maple syrup on them.

Crikes, only two posts and both are AMAZING!

I love a brie and ham hock crepe...

And I love Nutella.... on a pancake sounds lush.

I think that might be my dinner and pudding sorted! Cheers!

I can't cook. I only have to go near an oven or a fry pan and something dire happens. OH is making pancakes. Filling is evidently going to be a surprise but 4 year old wants chocolate buttons in hers!
