Happy Pancake Day! What's on yours?
I couldn't sleep, so I've started early and just munched a traditional squirty lemon and white sugar pancake.
The fun stuff starts later for me, and some inspiration never goes amiss! So, what variation are you having today? |

I'm planning on savoury ones - chicken and sweetcorn out of my trusty old Marguerite Patten recipe book.
If have batter left over I'll probably have maple syrup on them. |

I love a brie and ham hock crepe... And I love Nutella.... on a pancake sounds lush. I think that might be my dinner and pudding sorted! Cheers!

I can't cook. I only have to go near an oven or a fry pan and something dire happens. OH is making pancakes. Filling is evidently going to be a surprise but 4 year old wants chocolate buttons in hers!
