Help
I want to cook a three course meal for 6 people but I'm not a very good cook. Can anyone suggest a three course meal which sounds and is delicious but is fairly easy to put together?

Prosciutto ham wrapped around asparagus with parmesan sprinkled over then put in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes is a pretty good starter and dead easy.
Or get some big field mushrooms take the stalks out and put some chopped chorizo in the cups with a tiny bit of olive oil then cover it up with some kind of soft cheese (I like goats cheese best but you can use anything really) then put in the oven for About 15 minute until the cheese is browned. I love starters

You could cheat with dessert and buy a Pavlova, or make Eton Mess, which is delicious and oh, so easy.
Are your guests okay with all foods? Check none are vegetarian, coeliac, or have allergies!! |

I'd recommend a stew that you can put together and leave in the oven/slow cooker.
A beef bourguignon as an example. For dessert how about a cheats cheesecake. http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/be...akeinagl_92447 |

OP, if you're not a very good cook, are your friends going to want you to cook for them ??
