Making Dominos/Pizza Hut at home
I created this recipe to make a pizza feast but for only around £10.
Let me know what you think! Here is how to create your very own Takeaway Pizza meal from scratch, Pizzas, Dough balls, Mozzarella Sticks and Chicken Goujons! http://www.latoyah.co.uk/2014/03/rec...zza-feast.html |

You made all that for two?
Blooming 'eck, one of those pizzas and a side of salad (which would have made the meal 100x more appetising) would been enough for two of us. Yeah right you had enough left over for lunch, you used three chicken breasts for two people... and on top of everything else. That's just pure gluttony. No wonder we are a nation of fatties. |

Clearly you've never wanted to enjoy a banquet, buffet or other feast.. the very idea is gluttony; that's why it's enjoyable. You don't eat takeaway style pizza for functional nutrition. |

You're a rude and condescending little person aren't you?

I am sure my honest opinion directed more traffic to the crap-food blog the OP is advertising than if I hadn't commented at all. As you were and back to gorging. |

And how do you even know she's fat? This is typically the sort of meal I would order from Dominos, and shock horror without any salad, and I'm not fat

If this photo was from Man vs Food or similar, you wouldn't find anything I said here particularly wrong and I did hesitate to comment on sugar's dine-in for two, but she has commercial ads on her site and is promoting it here for free, so I feel it is fair to comment negatively. Anything less would be irresponsible. Quote:

Thanks sugar! I make our pizzas from scratch these days (we like thin crust) but will def try the mozz sticks and chicken strips!
nom nomAnd to Smokeychan - nothing wrong with constructive criticism or perhaps suggesting recipe tweaks but plain trolling to get a rise out of people is against the forum rules. As sugar said, that venture lasted them 3 meals, cheaper and better for them than just 1 takeaway. People should be applauded for cooking from scratch rather than buying from fast food chains. Thank you sugar for posting that link. |

^^ There's nothing wrong with MSG. The Chinese Restaurant syndrome is just a myth.
Other than that, it looks great and your blog is lovely! |

I don't think it would taste the same, you would need a commercial oven and the flavourings they use

Looks pretty nice actually, the crust maybe a bit big but you said you knew what you did wrong. I paid a ridiculous price for a pizza hut last night in London, but it was right opposite the theatre so convenient.

Just because the OP has posted a recipe for pizza it doesn't actually mean she eats it every day or is the size of a house, but even if she did/was - so what? It's not really relevant to the blog or this thread, is it? Do you think only healthy recipes/food pics should be posted online? Don't look at the Food Picture Thread or similar or you'll have a fit! |
