Haven't watched much of this series but gotta say that was an awesome dance from Hayley. For me Beth didn't do much skating on ice so I'm not yet sure how good she is. Wow though can't wait to see the rest

That's my take too. From a performance point of view that was a much cleaner routine than Beth's which quite honestly was rather messy.

The fact that Beth has skated more than some of others during the series has been a factor for me getting a bit riled up

They don't decide how much time they spend on the ice...you just end up judging T and D or the music that way.
Hayley skated on her own a bit more, and did a few tricks with some familiar moves, Beth moved faster, had a faster routine, transitioned faster, and did more tricks. Beth looked like her female pros doing her routine. Hayley had a bigger story all to herself and acted it - but she's an actor.
Hayley did skate more than Beth out of two routines; but it was fairly basic solo skating. She also beamed her way through what should be a sultry dance. Beth skated as well as the pros.
