Help! Nec E616v Memory Problems.

Hi ,

I have a NEC e616v on the 3 network and each time I try and text I get the message 'cannot save the message. Not enough free memory. There plenty of space in the handset and when I phoned 3 there referred me to Carphone Warehouse who would replenish the memory.

Anybody know if this can be done without going to CW?

iv got a 616v but iv never had that problem
