i have got a ipod with version 4.2.1 on it but all the Apps i use wont download.

so can i get ipod to update to a version where my Apps will work?

i bought it 2nd hand and now understand why the shop i got it from was selling it for £50.

just hope CEX will refund me now as its no use to me.

What error message are you getting when you try to download the apps? How far do you get in the process?

im getting a lot of Apps that are saying not compatible with my ipod upgrade to IOS 5 or 6.

Apps from the BBC it wont let me download any of them as saying they are not compatible.

Yes, there's nothing you can do about that. I have an old iPod which can't be updated anymore. I just use it for music.

you might get somewhere if you jailbreak it.
