Calorie Help..

today I have eaten;
a blood orange
2 bananas
an apple
a kiwi fruit
2 wholemeal pittas, with crunchy peanut butter between
3x large cups of tea with soya milk

I plan to eat meatballs with a home made tomato sauce
a slice of lemon polenta cake (home made)
cup of coffee with dairy milk

any volunteers to tell me how many calories that adds up to? thanks.

There are hundreds of calorie counters on line, I use myfitnesspal easy to find out for yourself.

point taken, I have done www before, but was feeling lazy, I cannot remember finding pittas with pnut butter or being able to work out a helping of homemade tomato sauce. Any ideas?

Banana, raw ........2 medium 7 "- 8" =210 cals
Kiwi fruit, raw .......1 fruit = 46 cals
Apple, raw ............1 medium 2. 3/4" diam = 72 cals
Bread, pita ............2 medium pitas = 248 cals
Peanut butter .....1 tablspn = 94 cals
Soy milk, fluid ......1 cup = 127 cals
Meatballs, with sauce (mixture).... 5 balls with sauce = 405 cals
Milk, whole ..........1 cup = 146 cals
Cake, marble ......1 big piece .= 370 cals
Lemon juice ........1 fl oz = 6 cals
Tea, unsweetened .......3 mugs = 8 cals
1 Coffee .................... 6 fl oz = 2 cals

If you are talking Nigella's Lemon polenta cake then is 260cal for a small portion or more like 500 for a normal sized.

Meatballs in sauce has a lot of variables, so anything from 400 to double that is possible.

If you are having peanut butter, try and get organic and try and keep it to 1 tablspn.
