Am I the only one who finds the Vodafone website the worst user experience ever?

Just a bit of a rant, really.

I bought a mifi hub three months ago and in that time I have only been able to top up once satisfactorily using the website. Every other time I've had to call customer services to get them to complete the transaction for me. Unfortunately, they are only open 8am-9pm, so when, like this evening, I run out of credit outside of those times, I cannot top up before 8am the next day.

I cannot express how irritating I find this.

Trust me you are not the only one having trouble with their rubbish website! Just yesterday I recieved my new pay as you go mobile broadband sim card and well... registering, let alone topping it up was a complete nightmare that I ended up giving up until this morning. They really don't seem to care about their top-ups do they?

Probably just gonna ditch them as by the experience alone of their 3G data speeds are awful!

Apart from being able to make and receive good quality voice calls from my home address Vodafone are rubbish. With EE I couldn't even make calls.

Network issues apart I can say they are double crossing low down scum bags too.

I have a non expiry mobile broadband sim with Vodafone and few months ago they decided to change the T&C and make it a standard 30 day expiry sim without telling anyone even though they say they sent a SMS about the change. I got an SMS from them true but the message was blank so I assumed it was just another day in the office for Vodafone and their incompetence’s.

I know they shot themselves in the foot when they brought out this sim and is why they withdraw the sim a few months later. They been trying to shake users off this sim for years now by changing the APN settings and have users think their dongles have had it.

If they want to or need to change T&C after all these years is fine if they were to refund the credit still on the sim but they don’t even want to do that without a palaver.

I publicly announce here and now that Vodafone are thieving bar-stewarts and if they think I’ve brought down their so say good name, I’d love to see them put me before a judge.

The Vodafone website is a terrible user experience.

I often find broken links, loads terribly slowly and often logs me out of my account when I'm browsing within the account section of their website!

I can't believe it's been so bad for so long and they are a telecommunications company.

It's slow, flaky, badly organised, buggy and generally crap.

I've just come away from it after 25 minutes trying to change my family and friends numbers. Apparently it's in My Vodafone' under 'My Plan' but if you go to my vodafone there is no 'my plan' listed. It's actually called 'view bills' in the menu. Terribly organised and labelled. About every 3rd page had a 'this functionality not available' page complete with gobbledegook. It's also been nagging me to verify my email address, which they regularly use without trouble. I clicked on the link and was taken to a page where there was no option to verify the address. I had to go into 'edit details' and then come out again without changing anything just to get rid of the nag message. It keeps putting up an error page that says 'log in to my vodafone' in extra large red letters while at the top right it says 'logged in to my vodafone!

How could it be so crap for so long? You should be ashamed, Vodafone.
