Samsung support/back up. well more lack of it ! Whllst on holiday last November bought a Galaxy Tab 3 (10.1) in the USA, more ona whim than anyhting, and its a nice item, but recently the screen has become a bit unresponsive and slow, rebooting seems to solve it for a while (30 / 40 mins)
Contacted SAMSUNG support, but it seems they only support items bought in the UK, not in Europe / USA / Canada etc ! It can be 'fixed' but I have to post it to Samsung in the USA , If I get Samsung to look at at it here, it will be treated as 'out of warranty' and chargeable !
Guy I work with bought an IPad in BEST BUY in USA had a camera issue when he got home after about a month, contacted Apple, they simply said take to a store with a proof of purchase, and we will replace it !
