Orange GPRS

I have a motorola C650 with an orange PAYG sim card in.

I cant get onto GPRS. It just keeps saying "Data Server not available"

Is this because of wrong settings or is there another reason i cant access it at the moment?

wrong settings. contact orange and ask them to send you the settings
