I know these aren't canapés but they are bite-size and look and taste great....
Pinwheels made with tortilla wraps - spread some soft cheese all over the wrap, lay thin slices of ham on top covering the wrap, then some rocket for colour. Roll the wrap into a tight sausage shape, trim the ends and slice into 2cm slices

Get down to Lidl and get the bits! I even got the goats cheese from there and it was divine, plus it came in a cylinder shape and when cut into slices, it fitted the crackers perfectly!
