Hopefully not. Whilst I think it was harsh to lock them in a room for a week for sod all, they've not been sequestered (as far as I know), so it would be unfair to allow them to enter when they're privy to everyone's game plans.
I would've preferred it had they all just entered the house together last Thursday without all the secret room nonsense. It would've made it harder for the houseguests to pick them off.
