Sugar and salt in cereals

I'm trying to lose a bit of weight and eat more healthily so I'm getting more cereals and veg into my diet

Thought it might be a good idea if we had all looked in our cupboards and posted up the amounts of sugar and salt in our cereals so we can compare and contrast and be armed with information for making that choice between 'healthy' and 'tasty'.......

To make sure we're comparing the same thing please post the amount of sugar and salt(sodium) per 100g of the product as it appears on the label

Also please be specific as to what the product is.........brand, supermarket home brand, value range, name etc

I'll start off with 2 packs.........

Kellogg's Corn Flakes -

Sugars - 8g per 100g
Salt - 1.25g per 100g

Neal's Yard Wholefoods Natural Wheat Bran

Sugars - 3.8g per 100g
Sodium - less than 0.03 g per 100g

Let's get a list !

If its any use the only cereals I give my little one (16 months) are Shredded Wheat and Weetabix.

They are the lowest in salt and sugar that I can get easily - Shredded Wheat being the "healthier" of the two.. it tastes like cardboard though!
