Mary Berry Yorkshire Pudding Recipe is the best

Mary Berry is cooking again tonight and she is making lots of wonderful food for Sunday Lunch.

I have never known her to brag, but she says in this video, that she makes the best Yorkshire Puddings. I can see a few chefs like Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver and James Martin all shouting at the telly tonight.

I used to think Delia's recipe was okay but I don't think she uses enough egg. Since switching to another recipe using more eggs my puddings turn out so much better.

My yorkshires always turn out like that, and I only use two eggs, and a pinch of salt. I do give them a good beat though. I make 12, then me and my son have two each, the rest go in the freezer and I take them out as needed, they're always the same as though they've just been cooked.

Autie Bessies Frozen Yorkshire Puddings, from the supermarket, no hot fat, no mess just heat them up on a tin tray in the oven for a few minutes

As a rule I normally cook my own, but I usually have a pack of these just in case I have a problem. They are beautiful!

James Martin's Gran's look brilliant! I do love a veggie version but the calories!

But as stated above ( sorry James) I will feed my lot a supermarket version if in a hurry ( or have washed my nets!) the hot, burning oil smell...!
