What is the cheapest WIFI android tablet with HDMI out (ether directly or via a USB port + adaptor) I can use to stream to a TV.

It must have run 4.1; cannot use 4.4 as I want to stream Virgin TV anywhere which needs flash, or I could just stay with my Sony Xperia SP

You need a 5 pin micro USB to HDMI adapter to plug into your xperia and then an HDMI cable to Tv

I agree that I can use my mobile but i would also like to be able to use a tablet sometimes.
