Not as many as when I actually worked in an office but probably four to eight cups of tea on average depending on the kind of day I'm having.
When I was a journalist though it was insane the amount of tea/coffee we'd get through in a day, it could get up into double figures easily
All my family think I'm weird, because I almost always decline offers of tea, I just can't keep drinking cup after cup like most people seem to do and I prefer cold drinks anyway.
I probably drink no more than 3 or 4 cups in a week, if that.
I've been trying to cut down on the tea/coffee and just drink water instead.
As for how much now: coffee, usually 2; one in the morning, one later on in the night (I prefer milk coffee though). Tea, about 3 or four cups, maybe more depending if I'm cold or not. Before used to be a whole lot more, though.
At the moment anorexia is making me scared of tea/liquids, so I'm averaging none a day, maybe one if I go out somewhere. But usually about 5 or 6 a day, I love tea so much! It used to be even more than that, probably about 10 a day!
Normally between 1 and 3 mugs of tea a day. I've cut back a bit lately, when I was more office based it was about double that.
I also drink green tea which is a nice alternative. The sencha stuff mind, not that flowery crap they sell in starbucks with the bits of twigs and stuff floating in it.
