During the week 2 or 3 mugs of tea in the morning and lots of coffee rest of the day, maybe 6-10 mugs (sometimes i wonder how i sleep). Weekends much less but more alcohol.

I don't drink hot drinks but I get through about 6 pints of water at work and then around 2-3 pints of some kind of soft drinks when I get home.

None. Used to be three cups of coffee a day, but my diet meant having days without, and that caused me a headache due to caffeine withdrawal, so I gave up altogether. I don't miss it, but I never found a good replacement that had as much ceremony as coffee.

Not that many really. At work it's usually one mid morning, one in the afternoon.
If I do have one at night it's Camomile and honey to help me relax.

I wake up and have a cup of tea, if I'm going to work, I stop by Starbucks on the way in and get a 1/2 decaf, half normal skinny vanilla spice latte, I'll grab a decaf latte at work, and then I'll have a cup of tea when I get in, and one before bed.

Better than 4 summers ago, when I think I was averaging something like 12 cups of tea a day.

Rarely drink tea. 1 cup of coffee at most. Far too much fizzy drinks.
