if in an ideal situation and 10 and 11 met 1 through 8

what would they think of the "childness" of 10 and 11 considering they seemed to love one another in DOTD despite their differences?

Thoughts would be nice

Well I think the war doctor's reaction to them gives you a good idea of that type of scenario and would think that definitely Hartnell, but also maybe colin baker and Sylvester Mccoy would react much in the same way.

However I think Tom Baker and David Tennant would be a dream match up if it were possible for their doctors to meet and he would have a real bromance with himself in that situation much the same as Tennant and smith in DOTD.

Also in your original post you didn't mention 9 who I think is important as for him, they are his main future. I think he would have been particularly unimpressed with them really, with their childless way's he'd probably feel a little embarrassed that this is how he will be destined to turn out . I get the impression that had Eccleston been in place of John Hurt in DOTD then his reactions to the pair of them would have been the same, although he may have slightly been pleased at Matt smith a little even before he found out that gallifrey wasn't really destroyed just to know that he could one day actually manage to forget (destroying gallifrey) and lose the angst from it.

But if you add in the situation that if you tell 1-8 that they had committed genocide not only of the Daleks but of their on race and that they were the last surviving Timelord, I would bet they would excuse a lot of what they saw. In fact, they might ask why they were still alive. When they heard the entire story of the moment, they would really excuse a lot of the antics.

Just my take. Besides, some of what T. Baker did was silly too.
