As Belle is to be charged with murder, do you think she will be found guilty and sent to juvenile prison for 12-18 months?

I think she probably will be, because maybe the actress has to concentrate on her education and GCSE's for the next couple of years.

I'm hoping she gets fifteen years in Holloway minimum, I'll be upset if she doesn't.
She's a cold-blooded murderer.

The way she's now trying to befriend Dom, just to get close enough to thoroughly enjoy and milk the moment is truly disgusting.

I'll be fully expecting Lisa to get a ten-stretch in the Scrubs as well, for aiding and abetting - she's far too butch for a lasses prison, the screeching old hag.

Your joking right? She's hardly a cold blooded murderer. She feels guilty for what's she's done and confesses. She would of done it sooner if it wasn't for Lisa and Cain.

Never been more serious Danyell, the way they're denying that poor man justice and closure is the worst thing I've seen on my telly in a long while.
It truly turns my stomach to see them sat there drinking his beers.

Belle pretending to be all guilt ridden, then popping off up to her bedroom all the time to listen to Steps or Take That, or whatever the blazes it is these kids listen to nowadays, whilst secretly savouring how her plan is working an absolute treat

I'd bring back hanging for Belle & Lisa if I had my way.

It's Zak I feel sorry for, those two conniving harpies won't be satisfied until the daft old duffer's fastened into a straitjacket.

What on earth has happened to good old fashioned moral decency in this country?!

I think it's ridiculous murder is even an option. It was an accident! Great performances all round from everyone.

Well it's about time she served her Dingle apprenticeship, isn't it? She's already long overdue.

Exactly. Doing time is a Dingle rite of passage.

Along with sleeping with a cousin.

They'd never find her guilty of murder, manslaughter maybe.

There is actually no evidence to prove that Gemma didn't have a further fall that caused the fatal damage.

However since it's Belle they should lock her up and throw away the key and they should take Lisa with her.

Problem is it wasn't an accident. It was a death as a result of a violent act - she could well have been charged with manslaughter. It.s those kind of circumstances that manslaughter/culpable homicide was made for and there's no guarrantee that the charges would be dropped on the basis of her age. Different if they were just mucking about and she fell.

Even if she didn't (consciously) mean to kill Gemma she's an evil little b*tch who's done many bad things in the past, so 40 years hard labour would just be karma.

Always the voice of reason, UQ. Thankyou. Have you thought of applying for the post of Home Secretary? then you could bring back hanging.

Thanks Janet, we'd all sleep much sounder in our beds of a night if I were Home Sec mate.

I'd bring back school canings and public floggings for kids that answer adults back too, their cheeky, spoilt, entitled nature sets in at far too early an age these days - as they wander around town like they own the joint, clutching their telephone-pods and their interwebs.
The little shites.

All I had for Christmas when I were a kid was an apple, an orange, and a wee dinky car if I'd been an especially good boy.
Ruddy chuffed with it too I were.

Poor Gemma, that poor 45-year old lass had her whole life in front of her - only to have it cruelly snatched away in vicious fashion by a jealous murderer who simply couldn't bear to share her with the finest looking lad in the village.

I could weep, I really could.

Never though I would have to say this ever again

Actress was 16 bah

Plus Gemma was the worst teenager ever in soap so deserved to be bash about the head on the ground by a rogue rock.

You'd be great ! There's been a gaping hole in the political cesspit ever since Screaming Lord Sutch died and you're just the man to fill it.

I suspect she's going to get a new head and that means she needs a little holiday.
So she'll

a) Go to prison
b) Go to Ireland to live with mythical pikey Dingles
c) A bit of both

Nothing like covering all your bases eh JAB?

I don't think a new head is on the cards at all. I heard she's got exams coming up, so she'll obviously take a break, but then she's got all Summer to come back if she wants to. Maybe she'll decide she wants to act full time and not go any further with her education? Must admit if I'd been earning the sort of dosh she makes at age 16, I'd have taken great pleasure in telling the education system where to go.

I think she should go on remand for a short while just to giive us a rest from the pie faced moaner. The amount of times she runs upstairs in a strop, the carpet must be threadbare.

Hmmm.. I know what you mean, in fact I did tell the education system where to go but then I relented in my mid twenties and returned to uni to do a degree.

I can thoroughly recommend having your 30th birthday in the student union, well I'm sure I would if I could actually remember it

I think I'm a bit disappointed there's no new head in the offing.

BiB : I'm sure the world is grateful for that.

I bet you were in massive demand at uni as an 'older man'. At 19/20 I for one would've eaten you alive, so disillusioned and depressed was I with callow youth.

Seriously... best five years of my life ever. I'd have completely fcuked it up if I'd done at a normal age but as a mature student it was fanbloodytastic

A gentleman never reveals the secrets of past conquests

Spoiler

I also had my own place, could cook and drove.... the youngsters couldn't compete.... AND I am a very nice chap!
