Network Recommendations

Hi Guys

I ordered a Galaxy Note 3 on Vodafone and found terrible coverage (Beds) with 1 bar around the house, we also have O2 and Tesco in the house and they have no issues so I had to send the phone back.

Was just wondering what others would recommend, I've heard good stuff about Three so was leaning towards that, EE seems to have very mixed reviews.

Advice would be appreciated

Usual stuff -

EE and 3's 3G coverage is nearly the same*, check out 3's coverage checker for likely indication of coverage...

The difference is that EE has 2G where no 3G is available, and Three doesn't, unless in a poor coverage area, and even then, there's no data. If your house has thick walls, EE may work better...

Usual advice about taking a payg sim from both of them and seeing which one works best.

* yes I know that 3 doesn't yet have access to ex - Orange only 3G masts

Best thing for you to do would be to go and get an EE payg sim card and a Three payg sim card. You can then see how good the signal is in the places you need it the most.

EDIT: damn, beat to it
