If an episode of DW featured Charlie Chaplin, who would be best to play him?

Reece Shearsmith.
That'd be ideal! A Quiet Night In proves he's got the chops for silent comedy. That'd be a badass episode. Weird moments in Charlie Chaplin's latest work, like glitches in the film, broadcasting subliminal messages that you forget the second you look away. Basically - a Silent Film.

Iain De Caestecker, he can do funny and serious.

Thanks for all the comments, guys!

I think junnja has nailed it! After reading that comment, I could see instantly that Reece Shearsmith would be the ideal Charlie Chaplin.

After all, he's quite tall, and slim, and if you put a wig and moustache on him, he's the spitting image of CC.
