I am going to do a chocolate fudge cake, which consists of chocolate sponge, chocolate buttercream and covered in chocolate ganache.
Is it possible to freeze this COMPLETE cake or not ?

hi..yes should be ok....Can't you buy frozen chocolate gauteau's and others frozen anyway so i shouldn't think why you can't freeze yours just get them out in time to defrost

i have frozen little cupcakes that iv'e iced in the past, but trouble is that i knew they were in freezer i tended to get them out and eat lol
