We are able to change our predictions on Special predictions like live events up until 9.30am the next morning. And some football matches also when stated on the prediction board.

Yes; star predictions can be changed up to the morning following the show and I did allow players to alter the FA Cup final (I think... or Champions League final) despite it not being a star but made that clear as soon as the schedule was published. In past seasons I've allowed changes midweek but that stopped a couple of seasons back.
