Nigel Terry, who played General Cobb in 'The Doctor's Daughter, has died aged 69.

I was reading the bit about Robin Phillips on Toby's site and I noticed that Michael Hawkins aka General Williams from Frontier In Space died late last year

Barrie Ingham who played Paris in the 1960s "Who" story The Myth Makers died back in January.
