This is very likely.

We only know she is being shot, no confirmation yet if she is being killed.

She gets shot just after she accepts Mark's proposal. Mark's not leaving as far as I know so Kate may possibly die. The only other way I see her leaving is if she needs major treatment and Paul sends her off somewhere for the best care he can afford. Killing her off would be better though I think her character has run her course.

I reckon She may live but is severely injured and Paul pays for her care/treatment, Last week Paul said he would do anything to help Kate, but doesn't no how to, maybe this will give him the opportunity.

The Shooting, I think happens on Ramsey Street, as there was a clip a while ago, with Jackie Woodbourne, and she was in Sonyas house, and she said something like, the street is in lock down

That wouldn't really be a good exit would it? Scott McGregor said Kate's exit is amazing. Surely Brennan would go with Kate if she is sent away? Brennan is staying in the show until October and Scott McGregor is thinking of extending his contract. I think she is going to die.

I think she will die. As Marks not leaving and I highly doubt Kate would dump him just after being shot. If anything she would want to marry him even more after having a near death experience. And if Kate had to recover from her injury in a different hospital far away, Mark would definately go with her, which he wont as he's staying put. So It looks like its curtains for Kate Ramsey!

We can only hope that Kate is going to the big old Neighbours graveyard.
