Hate what Tina has become. So needy. And greedy.
She knew it was my turn with Peter but wanted him all to herself.

I cringed
Why are they making Peter Barlow into a sex god. I suppose he is quite attractive, but I think he's becoming unlikeable now though. He should meet someone and get his heart broken. Even things up a bit. |

Peter is a bed wetting, sexually impotent loser so it is a very strange storyline. Have a drink, Peter. It's the answer to everything. Give my regards to the gutter you loser.

It was unbelievable. She has no concept of what a Mistresses' role and place in a married man's life is or the 'rules' of an affair. Which basically, sadly, are that everything is on the married parties terms - you see them when they can get away and want to see you. You don't phone them again and again, you don't go to their house, you don't make threats, you don't have a 'turn'.
She's coming across as a really spoilt brat who is used to getting her way whenever she stamps her foot. It's been the same since she fell for Peter, I remember saying about the wedding episodes when she went to his flat to say that he 'didn't want to marry Carla'. No, Tina, YOU don't want him to marry Carla because you want him for yourself and what Tina wants, Tina gets - at least when it comes to men. |

Admit it, mo - he's everything you and all men can only dream of being. Gorgeous to look at, virile, oozing sexuality, with women practically stabbing each other in their desperation to get their turn at feeling his awesomeness. ![]() (I'm sure this is irrelevant, but he's also not a mouse).

Its embaressing to watch a character like Tina go from some good storylines she did to this storyline. Her exit needs to be soon I cant take much more of her acting like a child and stamping her foot when Peter doesnt satisfy her needs

No, Tina, YOU don't want him to marry Carla because you want him for yourself and what Tina wants, Tina gets - at least when it comes to men. She's magnificent, she's worth it! She's the boss, she's in control, what she says goes, did you momentarily forget who she is KitKat? Shame on you! She's bloody insufferable What a high opinion she has of herself! When I think about it though she's got form for intransigence and bossiness, a bit 'her way or the highway' - look how she practically bullied Craig into pretending to be with that oriental girl (whose name I've forgotten) very much against his wishes. With Tommy she was the bossy one just inviting David to stay regardless of whether he liked it or not. Not forgetting her sense of entitlement over a baby that technically wasn't hers and just deciding to keep it without any discussion with the biological parents! Bit of a grey area too but did she give David a second's thought when she aborted his baby? There's probably many more examples of Tina's pig headedness and 'It's what I want' but I can't remember off the top of my head.Quote:

I saw him a few years ago with his family, doesn't look quite so 'grubby' in the flesh, lol! Except she's playing with Carla's 'toy' behind her back Carla doesn't even know she's sharing her toy with the demented one!She has always had an attitude - you're right about the abortion. I do firmly believe it should the woman's final decision as it is her body but there are ways of going about things. The Xin and Graeme plot was the first time I remember actively disliking her and it has just got worse and worse since then. I know Kirsty did some dreadful things but Tina's attitude to her stunk from the very beginning, winding her up on purpose and there is never any excuse for pushing a heavily pregnant woman, I don't care what the provocation was. Kirsty would argue Tyrone kept provoking her - doesn't make her hitting him okay did it. Ditto Tina throwing a brick through Tracey's window because she 'deserved' it or following Kylie out to continue the argument on Xmas Eve because she was 'in the mood for a fight'. I also found the Whole surrogacy plot awful - she just steamrollered (uncluding her boyfriend) everybody into it ignoring all advice, then acted as though the Windasses were the unreasonable ones for not just meekly accepting her decision to keep a baby that I'm sorry, wasn't hers in any way and saying she couldn't keep the baby and the money. As I said on the other thread, I really think she might have fallen pregnant on purpose without a thought as to what Peter's feelings would be. She didn't look worried or upset yesterday did she. She is a child playing with a toy. No wonder he doesn't actually love the immature little brat. I can imagine Gascoyne is very attractive. There is something about Peter, a twinkle as well as being quite handsome and the only off putting thing is the 'sleaziness which is the character. As I imagine the actor does not have that attitude, he's probably pretty perfect. Except for the tattoos - I'll overlook the tattoos. |

Of course, i'm sorry - I forget her status as most beautiful, vleverest perfect Queen of the Universe for a minute there!

With that history she was NEVER going to abide by the normal 'other woman' rules. So TBH I don't think she's acting that out of character, she's just more extreme this time as she's not used to people not bending to her will or worse, saying 'no'! If the pregnancy wasn't deliberate though (and if she's not pregnant this time) the idea is in her head now so Peter should give her a VERY wide berth, not go near her with someone else's! I bet this is the fright he needs to dump her altogether. However I also have to say that, as per usual, Peter has led her on saying he loved her when he obviously doesn't. At first he was honest but in the usual 'Peter style' once she started applying pressure he was anything for an easy life and a quick lay *roll eyes* Quote:
