Yeah. Stephs performances lately have really got to me and actually made me cry.

I honestly think this is the first year were it's mega tough to choose. Everyone nominated has put loads of effort in - bar Lacey - I would personally love to see one of my ED ladies it but I'm no fool and know that's sadly unlikely second choice I would like to Stephanie Davis take the awards.

Shes been back what? 1 month? I think the soaps put forward the nominees so I think dtc put her forward so they win.

I can't decide between the HO girls they all done absolutely amazing performances it would probably be Stephanie or Nikki if a HO person won because most of Jessica's great performances were back in August which she was brilliant in. Possibly Stephanie she's so young and the performances she does are so brilliant. I also like Alison in CS but she hasn't been give anything that brilliant over the past year becuase they decided to stick her with awful sls.

Lindsey Coulson deserves some recognition

Why is Diane Parish nominated every year? EE never give her storylines yet keep putting her forward. It's really bizarre.

Anyway I'm voting Michelle Keegan and Charlie Hardwick.

Alison King - Her performances are always award-winning IMO and I was shocked she wasnt nominated last year
Charley Webb - She's really underrated when it comes to awards (not by Emmerdale itself, I mean by the voters) and she's an INCREDIBLE actress
Charlie Hardwick - I think she's been fantastic in this HIV storyline!

Lacey Turner - She's a fantastic actress, but I wouldn't put her as my favourite to win Best Actress but it wouldn't bother me if she did win it
Julie Hesmondhalgh - Again, it wouldn't bother me if she won, I think anybody as committed to a soap as to what Julie was, then she deserves it! But the Best Actress in soap over the past year? No!
Jessica Fox - Nancy was the only character I seemed to like when I watched Hollyoaks, but this is probably because of Fox's performance as her!
