I'm after a new LCD TV and have narrowed it down to 2 choices.

The LG 32LN5400 and the Toshiba 32W1333.

Both 32 inches and under £200, which is the best of the two?

Probably the LG - most of the lower end Toshibas are re-badged, usually Vestel sets. The higher end stuff Toshiba still make themselves.

For that money, the only other option would be to hunt out a discontinued Samsung or Panasonic.

Both pretty grim TV's but as most "genuine" makers are abandoning such a small screen size in favour of just badging up some kit of parts assembled by who know who . The only possible thing to look out for is the new Pana TX - 32AS600b -- all the rest of there range will be more normal sizes ( just dont expect it to be £199,99 though )
