She was the bookies favourite those odds will have shortened considerably now.
it is max she is sleeping with seemed too obvious , so do we keep with the obvious theme. Apart from the jake stuff she has been quiet so far this year, so I suspect that will change now |

Yes - far too obvious. We can rule out Lauren. Though I'm pretty certain there'll be a number of revelations leading up to Lucy's death, in the form of confrontations and arguments.

Yes. It would also make her too similar to Stacey.

Well, in this mini mystery, Max was too obvious and it was him.

Is Lucy definitely going to be murdered though?
I thought the press release said it would be a case of "what killed Lucy" which suggests it might not necessarily be a murder. Lucy might die at her own hands(whether accidently or purposefully) but if someone is to blame they may unwittingly do something that would set off a chain of events that would result in her death. Can't wait for this storyline, I feel it could be really ground breaking and brilliant

It wouldn't be like Lauren's character to kill Lucy in this sitatution. I think it'd be more likely for her to kill her dad after everything. So I don't think it's going to be Lauren that kills her.

Lauren, yes. Abi, no. I don't think she should be overlooked.

It's a what-dunnit which suggests it is not a murder!

Yeah, this time Abi will film them and make a DVD box set called The Premier Inn Sessions with Max Branning.

It could even be Jane? So disgusted by her affair with her best mates ex husband...they might fight and it end in Lucy's death?

I think it will be Lucy herself that causes her death, one way or another. But one or more people will be implicated in the circumstances which lead up to her doing so.

Apparently everyone will be a suspect so we will just have to wait and see how it plays out.
I kinda wish this story was being used for Derek Branning since everyone hated him anyway. He was pretty wasted on the show and he had a crappy exit as well. |

Did you watch tonight's episode..? Surely it's Abi's turn to rebel and act out against her father's awful behaviour, seeing as Lauren's already taped evidence of his affair with Stacey, taped Stacey's murder confession and ran Max over?
Oh and as for Lauren running over Max and going after Stacey over an affair that finished years ago, I thought that was silly at the time. I may get annoyed with my parents sometimes, but I don't just hop into a car and run them over just because the engine was running. You wouldn't read this in a Stephen King novel. Perhaps King could take over as executive for Hollyoaks, that would be awesome. |
