Didn't realise that they were together for a while.

I watched a documentary on MTV the other day and she featured talking about how brilliant he was so I don't think it's about her seeing as they seem to be on good terms.

Yeah didn't they tour together for a while?”

They went on one date and found they were better off as mates then lovers. Both have said this a few times, but fans have it in their head they had this long passionate affair and that Ellie cheated on him and broke his heart.

and yes Ed has known Nina for a few years. Around the same his debut first came out, perhaps a bit before.

Wow, X has smashed Coldplay's record of fastest selling album of 2014. It sold 182k this last week. Congrats to Ed, it's such a brilliant album.

I love, love, love 'Nina'. I adore Nina Nesbitt so I was glad it wasn't a diss track!

I'm glad the album did so well, it deserves success. I was searching the web and I stumbled upon this:

The media are ridiculous, Take It Back is about his career and music industry, how did the manage to twist that this is also about Ellie. So it is not just the fans that create these stories, its the media as well.

So glad I gave this album a chance after I had my precautions. MOST songs are actually very very good despite a few dreary songs still being present. The Man, Nina and Afire Love are standouts but it's all very, very good. I'm impressed.

I appreciate that Ed has a lot of fans for his guitar ballads but I still think he really should not be releasing singles like Sing and Don't when the majority of the album is quite stripped back and downbeat. This has a lot more bite than his debut did so I can't really complain though.

Can't stop listening to this album. 'Afire Love' is such a heartbreaking song, such a talented songwriter.
