Hi

As a family, we have been having problems with our Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 Tablet. The problems we face is that the charging power cable refuses to charge and only charges when it feels like.

We contacted Amazon and explained the problem who credited us back the full amount. I am thinking of getting as a replacement either

1. Galaxy Tab 2 - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-Gala...axy+Tab+2+10.1

2. Galaxy Tab 3 - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-Gala...b+3+10.1+Black

3. Nexus 10 - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Google-Nexus...words=Nexus+10 (Does this have WIFI Built In?)

Our Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 was always giving us problems, it was even sent back to Samsung who said there was nothing wrong with it, yet clearly there was.

Turned out to be a software problem I fixed myself by rooting the tablet and removing Samsung's terrible, crippling software and has the stock Android software running on it by itself. It now runs like a dream. If you are going to get an Android tablet, consider rooting it and removing all the crap off it that doesn't need to be there and will seriously hinder your enjoyment of it.

Agree - rooting a tablet can make an enormous difference to it's performance especially if it's modded.

I can't wait until October when my hudl's out of the guarantee period.

I'll be rooted the day afterwards

Get the nexus 10. It has a higher resolution screen and will run faster and smoother due to a better processor.

Also, it's stock Android, none of the other software Samsung adds on to tablets, so should give you a great, smooth experience.

Are you asking if it has wifi or 3G ?

It has Wifi as standard, in fact I don't think I have ever come across a tablet without wifi.
