As the title says we have been having issues with our Home Signal box. We always have signal from the box but within the last month we have been having an odd issue with it. It will intermittently refuse to connect calls to our phones.
An example of this was when my brother tried to get hold of me it just kept going straight to voicemail. Only after 4 - 5 attempts did he manage to get through. It also did this to my parents when people are trying to call them, they end up having to ring our landline to get through. My brother is going to give Three a call tonight to see if they can help.
Our internet is NOT the issue as it hasn't lost the connection for over 10 days. I was also using the internet at the time my brother tried to get through. I have tried swapping out the ethernet cable and changing ports on the back of our router. Nothing has helped.
Anyone else had the same issues? or have any ideas what the cause might be?
EDIT: Also, we all have different phones so these are unlikely to be the problem.
